Nikola Pavlovic

I’ve always loved making things better and stronger and I was never afraid of challenges. Since founding my company in March 2021, I’ve partnered with four companies and built a team of 16 employees. I am proud of what I leave behind.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, staying updated on business trends, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Help Desk Supervisor / i3 Point of Sale West

George Maksimovic

George joined Securis Systems EU in June 2022 as a Tier 1 technician, and got promoted to help desk supervisor in April 2023. He likes working night shifts and he is not a huge fan of mornings! Outside of work, George likes to travel, play table tennis, ride a bicycle and spend time with his family and friends.

Bojan Pejakovic

Bojan has started working as Aloha tech in 2019 and in that period he got to loath it.
He spends his free time traveling, hiking, playing bass or learning bunch of useless facts that could be useful only in games shows. Bojan was the first employee from our company to start working for i3 Point of Sale West team.

Vladan Martinovic

Vladan began working with Aloha Point of Sale at NCR Corporation in 2020. He moved to Securis Systems EU in summer 2022, mostly handling overnight system upgrades and software implementations. Previously worked as video producer for live esports tournaments. Vladan is passionate about movies, TV shows, and video games.

Stevo Petkovic

Working within support business since 2007. Stevo’s experience with POS\Aloha system started in 2016. in NCR Corporation. In 2022. Stevo joined Securis Systems EU. His job scope ranges from simple troubleshooting, in depth analysis (Root cause analysis) and investigation to a full reinstallation\installation\upgrades.

Stevo is experienced with JIRA, WIT, Manual\Automation testing with Selenium and TestNG, Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Care. Also, Stevo got a degree in Specialist of Computer Science (B. Sc.IT – spec. CS) – Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technologies degree.

Nikola Stupar

Nikola has been working with Aloha since 2019, which is far too long in his opinion. He likes cats, jokes, Sci-fi movies, solving complex puzzles, paragliding and beating his supervisor at table tennis.

Aleksandar Ljepojevic

Most of his career, Alex worked as a waiter in local restaurants in Gradiska. After several years of hard work, he decided to go on a little adventure and he started working on cruise ships. 4 years on cruise ships brought him back to his home country where he started learning point of sale business. Alex is currently working as an escalation technician at i3 POS and he is really good at it. Apart from his adventurous work experience, Alex is a very funny guy who enjoys life. He mostly spends time with his wife and their 1 year old son. Alex spent his whole life in hospitality industry and his goal is to open his own restaurant. We hope that will come true very soon!

Daniel Djuric

While studying Economics Daniel started working for NCR as a support specialist back in 2018. The studies have been finished, but new love was born so he remained in the industry driven by customer needs. As someone who likes helping people, he found his true passion working for Securis in an exceptional team with great people. The dynamic nature of the job makes it so exciting and never the same. Daniel specialized in both social and technical field which allows him to fly the customers away from the problems in minutes while providing much needed comfort in a stressful situations that Hospitality work can often bring. He likes basketball, good TV shows and a long walks through the nature.

Petar Loncar

Petar started working with Aloha POS in the spring of 2020. Since then he has worked for several support teams where he honed his craft and gained significant experience in this type of work. He is a historian by profession, and in addition to working with Aloha, he teaches in high school, shaping the minds of future generations. He enjoys exchanging ideas and acquiring new knowledge. In his spare time he works on arranging his personal library and board game collection. Just one more bookshelf and everything will be stacked properly (it won’t).

Nikola Balaban

Nikola is an experienced POS support technician with a career that began in 2020 at NCR. Since joining Securis Systems EU in April 2023, Nikola has continued to improve his skills in the field. He brings a basic foundation in programming, enhanced by his training at IT Academy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing basketball outdoors, traveling, and working on cars with friends. His diverse interests and technical skills make him a well-rounded and committed professional in the POS support sector.

Angie Mrdja Cvijanovic

Angie completed her elementary and high school education in Derventa. She graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Banja Luka, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Angie has been working with Aloha since 2021. Her first position was Software support Specialist with NCR, and she later moved to Securis Systems EU, where she is currently employed with I3 Verticals.

In her free time, Angie enjoys reading books and watching movies.

Mladen Mihajlovic

Mladen has worked in the Aloha POS industry for three years. He started at NCR, where he handled troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades for various Aloha components like Aloha Kitchen and Online Ordering.

After two years in NCR, Mladen joined Securis Systems EU, continuing to manage and fix Aloha systems. Outside of work, Mladen enjoys traveling, reading, and drinking coffee.

George Bilanovic

George has been working as a POS support representative since 2021. He enjoys sci-fi and horror movies. In his free time, he loves going on motorcycle rides, indulging in craft beer, and playing video games.

Miha Zekanovic

Miha started working in Support in November of 2021. His first touch with Aloha was in NCR where he spent 2 and a half years and even got promoted to Level 2 Technician position during his tenure over there. He joined the Securis System EU this summer with big delight. When he is not with Aloha, he is spending time playing video games, watching Movies, TV Shows, Sports and following everything related to Comic Book characters, mostly Marvel and DC. Privately, he is also working in his family agriculture business and also writing blogs and reviews for Pop-culture website IGN. Miha is our youngest crew member!
